hmmm....I wouldn't want to kill one, but if someone gave me some elephant meat (skinned and sliced into strips- I'm assuming it's like chicken:), then I would marinate it in some red pepper italian dressing, heat up some olive oil in the big cast iron pan, and toss in the elephant meat with some basil, rosemary and salt. Maybe a sqeeze of lime. Or lemon?
hmmmm.....sound tasty? I'm not so sure:)
